Old School Mentality Poor Communication
This coach picks favorites and that causes problems among the teammates. The recruiting process was filled with lies. They bring in high numbers of girls. Recently they started a developmental team that was poorly run and organized. Several girls quit every year. I’m assuming they know they will but they are just trying to get them there for enrollment numbers into the college. We like the college, but the basketball program developed under the leadership of this coach is a disaster.
