Strictly goes by numbers/stats, ie throwing velo, hitting velo, 60 time, mile time. Wants all of his players to hit the same way. Destroys confidence. Doesn't know how to win.

Coach Campo is a great man has undoubtedly taught his student-athletes a lot of valuable lessons about life and how to be an outstanding citizen. His baseball coaching has a lot to be improved upon especially motivation and team moral management.

No idea how to relate to players, thinks his way is the only way to do it, Literally only looks at statistics, runs the team as a dictatorship, has no leadership qualities and is very negative towards players when they're slumping, doesn't make any adjustments based on player's athletic abilities, coaches his players to play like robots

Never played competitive baseball. Was a collegiate football player as well as a former coach at Gettysburg. Coaches baseball as if it were football, only worried about measurable attributes ex. arm velocity, exit speed, etc. Will never guarantee anybody a spot on the team under any circumstances
