Joey knows about swimming which is great, however his complete lack of personal and people skills leave his knowledge useless as he often can’t work up the courage to come speak to most of the team to express that knowledge. Often he just doesn’t respond to people asking him questions. Very weird dude.

Tends to make men and women same on the same intervals. Will probably overtrain you to the point of injury. Distance training that would only be suitable for crossing the English Channel.
