Really really good guy but very set in his ways. Doesn't instill confidence in his players.

He's a great coach that pushes and motivates us to do and be our very best.

Just told you what you wanted to hear and then moved on until you realized there was going to be no change.

Uses fear to try to make players follow the rules. Not effective

Outside of practice/basketball Coach Frager was very nice and friendly person. During practice/games I was quite fearful of Coach Frager and I would often feel anxious or sick before training that I wouldn't perform well. This may not have been Coach Frager's fault, perhaps because I was a European player I wasn't accustomed to this type of coach and I should have been tougher.

I transferred out of Fairfield because I love the sport too much to not be given a fair chance to play at Fairfield.
