If you look at Joanie‘s record she has a 0.3 winning percentage. After a certain amount of years, do you know it’s not the players fault. Her pride gets the best of her and the players suffer. The assistant coaches are the only good thing about Villanova field hockey. She is past her prime and needs to step down if she truly cares about VUFH.

I would recommend playing for vufh to anyone. Joanie is such an amazing person and is truly passionate about the girls on the team as well as the sport of field hockey.
