She is chill but is very upfront and brutally honest. You have to have thick skin to like her, but her intentions are good. You know where you stand. She is big into fitness and always expects 100% every single day, sprint, swing, etc. She is not great with communicating about practice/lift times etc. Most players fear her but still like her.

Although coach may not always be the most positive she truly loves the game of softball. Her passion and knowledge for the game easily outweighs any other flaw and I couldn't be more honored to play for such a young and eager coach.
