Younger coach that’s “learning” however it’s starting to seem some people are not fit to be coaches. Nice woman who cares about the team and well being but falls short of being motivational or intensive enough to help players reach their full potential. Practices are a waste of time and little feedback is given about performance on or off the court. I will say a positive is that she does not really have favorites, but that is mainly because she doesn’t seem to care to connect with most of the players or take the time to know about their personal lives other than career goals and summer plans. Can recruit relatively well and the team has a great culture and work ethic but you’ll find that all of that is wasted when the coach can not be found during a match to help out a player with strategy. If you want to be on a team where the goal is to have fun and then get smoked by sewanee every year then this is the place for you!
