Accessible Develops Team Beyond The Field Easy To Get Along With Poor Communication Understanding
Picked favorites and stuck to them when it came to the lineup. Gave very little coaching to the players that actually needed the help. Preached hard work gets you playing time, little effort will have you on the bench… that was not the case what so ever. Gave very little verbal praise to players. Majority of the time, her favorites were the most problematic girls on the team and their actions were able to slide because of it. Could not admit her wrongs and was not able to take criticism well.
