A lot of ups and downs in my tenure. Often times felt lied to & misled, many more times than I appreciated. On the other hand, other times we got along and seemed like he cared for me a lot.

Coach Ritchie is an excellent baseball coach. His immense experience within baseball gives him great credibility. He’s very organized and motivating. However he doesn’t deal with injuries in the best manner using an old school mentality.

Although not everyone will agree with my rating, I really got along with Coach Ritchie and think that he is a good guy. I was defintiely one of his "favorites" though
