Smartest coach I have ever had: he knows how to fix pitching/hitting mechanics with numerous amounts of drills that can be tailored to the exact issue. 40 man roster causes lots of issues. If you can be one of the top 7 guys he likes, you'll have a fun career and will have help every step of the way. If not, good luck.

Knows a lot about the game but needs to be more hard on us along with being honest about playing time. Also shouldn't carry a 40-man roster. Really should be 30-man tops.
