Coach Fred Chao put me at my lowest point in life after being on his team for less than 2 months. Treated me like I wasn’t even a person. Kicked me off a team after an injury and told me I was selfish and a narcissist. While I was injured made me do stuff that put me in immense pain due to my injury and he didn’t care. I do not recommend him at all I have so many stories about him and none of them are good.
