Intense Disorganized Old School Mentality Poor Communication
When I was looking for a school to swim at, he seemed to be a nice person with whom it is easy to communicate and get along. As soon as I arrived, I understood it was all just a recruiting trick to get people to swim for him. He is angry every day on the pool deck and lushes out on his swimmers. He rarely said anything about how we swam but would lose his temper if we did something incorrectly. Also, it was easy to notice that he had people that he favored, and they would get away from things the rest of the team could not. It was miserable, and it was draining physically and mentally. Practicing was repetitive. We would do almost identical practices, swimming loads of long-distance sets daily. We never worked on technique. Gyms were also repetitive. The same exercises were done day after day. If you are interested in swimming for him, I would highly recommend talking to multiple he trained to get a better picture.

I want to transfer. This man is the worst. Every single day he has a bad attitude and takes it out on his athletes. He abuses his power all the time. He has no respect for his athletes as people. To top it off he is disgusting. He picks his nose and eats it, picks his earwax and eats it, picks his scabs and eats them, and his sticks his hand down his pants to scratch his butt. He does all of this in front of us every day. He wasn't always like this, but each and every day this year has been miserable.
