Eileen Ghent was extremely caring and would do anything to benefit the women's lacrosse team. However, being apart of women sport's, at times she was put in difficult situations in which she had to make decisions that would be best for the team as a whole. For this reason, some lines were blurred, feelings hurt, etc but with what she dealt with, she maintained a strong demeanor that tried to be neutral in each situation.
