He is organized, direct, and fair. In game decisions are questionable at best, but as an organizational leader goes above and beyond. Gets along with most players, and the experience playing for him is quite fun. Doesn’t sugar coat anything and will tell you directly that you suck if you do. Feels like at times he is lacking of in depth baseball IQ, relys heavily on coaching staff to handle specifics of things.
