Coach Short is old school in her ways. Brown has had a losing season for many years regardless of the talent and depth of the team. She makes irrational coaching decisions and plays blatant favorites. She makes random position changes/subs. She does not communicate well with players on playtime and coaching decisions.

However, she really cares about her players and their well being and is very understanding with academics and conflicts. She's a great lady- just not a great coach.
