Coach Serrano is a nice guy. He makes academic excellence and community service a priority in his program. He is a pitching guy and will be highly involved in the pitching staff. Coach Serrano can be very egocentric when it comes to piching philosophy. He can be very stubborn on certain things, even in the face of mounting evidence that suggests otherwise. Make sure he really likes you before you commit to him. His favorites will get plenty of chances to prove themselves.
