Dan is an overall fantastic coach who cares more about the players off the field than on. He never goes a day without asking how a player is doing in their everyday life. Dan sees his players as more than just athletes. This makes Dan a caring and positive person in all of his athletes life. I recommend Dan as a coach if you are looking for an overall outstanding leader, someone who presents honest feedback and someone who cares for his players beyond expectation. Furthermore, if you are looking for a coaching style that adapts on the spot and evolves as the game progresses Dan is the perfect fit. He tends to lean more towards a simplified game and a “less is more” approach. He is organized and responsive to whatever may come his way. Lastly, he is in it to win!
