Very passionate about winning and like most coaches can occasionally say things he does not mean and you must take what he says with a grain of salt. My biggest complaint as one of his past players was how he still has yet to adopt the possessive/skillful tactic. He will play whatever style he needs to win, even if that is kick ball.
