He was fair to all of his players- playing time was not based on what class you were, who's recruit you were or picking favourites. He stressed that hockey was our THIRD priority, following Family and Academics. He made going to the rink everyday, the best part of your day. Lastly, he cared about each and every individual as if we were his own daughter. He would go above and behond for any player.
