I really like Coach Anderson as a person and I do believe he has a lot of knowledge about the game, however, I believe he has a lot to work on. He focuses all of his time and effort on A group and is rarely seen with B group. He also fails to mention anything about there being a B group to recruits. My teammates make it worth it though.

Great guy, has done a lot for the program but if you're not in the inner circle of "his guys" then you're not going to get much playing time. Outside of the 9 hitters who play everyday, 5 starting pitchers, 4 relievers, and 3 hitters off the bench everyone else is just there for show. You can show up everyday ready to work and still not play.

Isn't honest about what makes a player move up from JV. Rarely around the JV activities to really gauge his players. Good guy, great coach, just not very upfront.
