Coach Ritter is a very supportive coach concerning things on the field and off the field. He also makes himself available to talk football, classes, or life in general once a week in the student center (McCullough). Very approachable guy in general, he has a lot of love for his players.

I am fortunate to have spent 4 years with Coach Ritter. He believed in me during the recruiting process and made it a priority to get me to come to Middlebury. Aside from head coaching responsibilities, I did not work directly with Coach Ritter during practice as I was a defensive back but he was very supportive to me in many of the challenges I faced throughout my college career.
