Bill is a stereotypical old school very direct coach who cares about every player but may not be the most outwardly expressing emotional coach. He is fair in all his decisions and extremely knowledgeable in the sport which he has proven with his seasons since he took over as head coach. Always honest and responsive if you approach him or have questions and is always willing to help with anything from hockey to education.
