Coach is not personal at all, doesn’t create relationships with players. He picks favorites and won’t play you if you’re not a favorite despite performance on field. He drinks on road-trips and make a fool of himself. Doesn’t create a winning culture. It’s no wonder why double digit players transfer out every year.
