The Best Protein Shake for College Athletes The Best Protein Shake for College Athletes

This is my go-to shake when I am in the mood for something chocolaty, yet healthy and filling. This shake could be perfect for or even as a healthy dessert or post- option, making it perfect for every hard-working chocolate-loving athlete! And it can be made in a dorm (just don't wake up your roommate)!

Ingredients: 

  • Scoop of chocolate protein powder 
  • 1 Banana (Frozen if possible) 
  • 2 dates soaked in water 
  • 1 Spoonful of cocoa powder
  • Cacao nibs 
  • Spoonful of peanut butter or powder peanut butter (measure with your heart) 
  • Splash of Almond Milk 
  • Ice (If banana isn't frozen) 

Blend all of the ingredients and enjoy!
