Many college athletes look to go pro or at least dream of it. When these college athletes make it to the big leagues, they look to make an immediate impact on their team. For example, despite having a -ending injury in his first pro season in the led his team to Super Bowl 56 just last year. With that in mind, let's look at the recent graduates with big impacts heading to the Super bowl this year:

The Eagles

  • – In his third season in the NFL after being drafted out of the University of Oklahoma, he has started as quarterback posting a great stat line of 22 touchdowns and 3,701 yards
  • Reed Blankenship – Going undrafted in last year's draft, he became an undrafted free agent from Middle Tennessee State, signed with the Eagles, and has had 19 tackles and an interception after only earning his spot halfway through the season as a safety
  • Devonta Smith – Drafted 10th overall from in the 2021 draft, he has had quite possibly the biggest impact for the Eagles with 95 receptions for 1196 yards and 7 touchdowns this year as a wide receiver
  • Quez Watkins – In his third year, out of the University of Southern Mississippi, he has recorded 33 receptions for 354 yards and 3 touchdowns as a wide receiver
  • Milton – After being drafted in the third round of the 2021 draft, he has recorded 17 solo tackles and 4 sacks this season as a defensive tackle

The Chiefs

  • – In his second season in the NFL, he has recorded 99 solo tackles, 2 interceptions, 2 sacks, and a forced fumble as a linebacker from the University of Missouri
  • Bryan Cook – The rookie safety out of Cincinnati has recorded 21 solo tackles and a sack
  • George Karlaftis – The rookie defensive end out of Purdue has recorded 17 solo tackles with 6 sacks
  • Trent Mcduffie – The rookie cornerback out of the University of Washington recorded 25 solo tackles, 1 forced fumble, and 1 sack
  • Isiah Pacheco – As a rookie running back from Rutgers University, he has recorded 170 carries for 830 yards and 5 touchdowns this season
  • Jaylen – The rookie cornerback came from and has recorded 35 solo tackles with an interception to go along with it
  • Joshua Williams – A rookie out of , as a defensive back, he has recorded 27 solo tackles and an interception
