The first step in your recruiting process is to sign up for the NCAA or , or both! It is best to register soon so that you can focus on the more fun parts of the recruiting process without being held back by the requirements to play at the collegiate level. This article focuses on the center, which is required for any athlete interested in playing at the NAIA level. We will discuss the purpose of for and break down the steps to register for the NAIA.

Purpose
The purpose of registering for eligibility is to ensure that you are able to play sports at the collegiate level in accordance with NAIA regulations and requirements. The last thing you want is to lose an offer because you don't meet the core course and GPA requirements.

Registering involves sending transcripts and test scores which are evaluated based on the minimum requirements set by the NCAA and NAIA to play in college. There is a standard for academic performance to ensure that student athletes can balance both academics and athletics during their collegiate career.

Steps for NAIA Registration:

  1. Create a Profile on the NAIA Eligibility Center Website (Includes payment of $80) 
  2. Send NAIA Eligibility Center all required documents (High school transcripts and SAT/ACT scores)
  3. Sign up for NAIA short list to receive eligibility as soon as possible
