Not everything in life is going to be easy. There will be obstacles, and they can be mental or physical, internal or external. One thing to keep in mind is that is just a test. 

Adversity is simply testing how much willpower you have. It's looking to see how much gas you have left in the tank and how determined you are. It is crucial to not let adversity stop you, even if it may slow you down a little. 

Most importantly, adversity is something that can be learned from. Facing challenges can help you plan how you'll take on future tasks. To continue to improve ourselves, we shouldn't quit or get angry the second that we are faced with a deterrent. Instead, we must look at our experience and prepare ourselves for the future!
