Football Coaches on that are due to your ratings.

#5. David Cutcliffe, Duke UniversityWith a (4.5/5) rating, Duke University's, David Cutcliffe, comes in as the 5th highest ranked coach on 2aDays. Coach Cutcliffe is going into his 10th season as head coach for the Blue Devils and when he took over Duke had only had three winning seasons in the past 25 years. In 2012 he was named ACC Coach of the Year and is considered an extremely loyal coach for his commitment to Duke and his praise from former players on 2aDays is incredible. One player writes, “His commitment to instilling discipline and teaching us life lessons is unparalleled in athletics.” Another wrote, “Best coach in both on and off the field. Honest, caring, and brings out the best in you when you didn't even know your own strengths. Truly a great person that sets high standards that you'll live by for the rest of your life.” We are proud to have coach Cutcliffe as one of LRT's top football coaches.

#4. Paul Chryst, University of WisconsinComing in at #4 is University of Wisconsin coach Paul Chryst with a (4.7/5) rating. Coach Chryst just recently took over the team as head coach three years ago and last year led the team to a 10-3 record. He also led Wisconsin to back-to-back bowl game victories, including last year's Cotton Bowl victory. Before taking the head coaching job at Wisconsin, he was also the head coach at the University of Pittsburgh. One former player writes, “He is one of the best men, both on and off the field, I've had the opportunity to play for. No other person in the country I would rather play for.” This is quite a high praise and it is clear that Coach Chryst has the respect of his players, and Wisconsin is on a path to success with him at the helm.

#3.  Derek Mason, Vanderbilt University: 2aDays' third highest rated coach is Vanderbilt University's, Derek Mason. Coach Mason is entering his fourth season as head coach for the Commodores. He previously coached at Stanford under Jim Harbaugh and David Shaw. Since taking over at Vanderbilt, Coach Mason has begun growing the program and is seeing more and more success. Last season, Mason led Vanderbilt to some great wins against Georgia, Ole' Miss, and Tennessee which made them bowl eligible. His (4.8/5) rating on 2aDays is quite impressive, one player writes, “He is one of the few coaches that is true and honest, and his staff shows the same thing. Great coach and a great man to follow behind.” With the respect of his players and a lot of coaching success and experience, Vanderbilt is sure to continue to win.

#2. Dino Babers, Syracuse UniversityWith an outstanding (4.9/5) rating, Dino Babers of Syracuse University is 2aDays' second-rated college football coach. 2016 was only his first season as head coach at , but his players already have high praise for him. Coach Babers has coached at numerous schools including Arizona, Texas A&M, and UCLA. Before taking the job at Syracuse, he was the head coach at Bowling Green and led them to a MAC Championship in 2015. While his record at Syracuse last season was 4-8, his players have the confidence in him to turn things around. All the players that rated him note that he is a great coach and one player even writes, “Really knowledgeable and football smart. Good leader. Good communication- you know where you stand.” With only one season behind him at Syracuse, Coach Babers has already made an impact on his players, and this will most likely start showing on the football field as well.

#1. Geoff Collins, Temple University: As one of the very few coaches on 2aDays in any sport with a perfect (5/5) rating, Geoff Collins comes in as the highest ranked football coach. This is first season as head coach at Temple University. He has an impressive coaching resume as he was previously the defensive coordinator at Florida and Mississippi State. One player for Coach Collins already gave him a perfect rating and writes, “Great coach and a fantastic guy.” It seems as if Coach Collins is not only a great football coach but also a coach that is going to impact the lives of his players off the football field. Perfect ratings rarely come around on 2aDays, so we have high expectations for Coach Collins as 's head coach!
