Sometimes the joys and struggles of can only be understood by other college athletes–what better way to gain motivation and clarity that you are not alone than by following influencers to whom you can relate? 

Whether it is a day-in-the-life, routine, or advice from the wise, here are 13 college athletes–that happen to be influencers–you should keep on your radar in 2023:

1. Alexa Hendricks (TikTok/Instagram: @achendricks)

Alexa is a D1 volleyball player from Kentucky. During her last season at the , she played 111 sets and recorded 22 assists with 97 digs. On her social media, you can find her highlighting her days as a college athlete and sharing personal stories.

2. Khoi Young (TikTok: @khoiyoung7 / Instagram: @khoi.young)

is a sophomore on the men's gymnastics team at Stanford University. During his freshman year, he was a two-time NCAA All-American recipient for the pommel horse and vault. On his TikTok, you can always find him and his Stanford teammates showcasing their skills and Khoi giving motivational advice. 

3. Masai Russell (TikTok: @masairussell / Youtube: @masairussell8039)

Masai is a hurdler and sprinter for the track and field team at the University of Kentucky. She is a graduate student majoring in health sciences, and during her senior season, she earned bronze in the 100H, fourth in the 400H at the NCAA championships, and silver in the 4x100m. 4. Makenzie Steele (TikTok/Instagram: @goodfoodgoodrun)

Mackenzie is a distance runner for 's track and cross country team. As an athlete and an influencer, she tends to post content centered around days in her life as a runner and delicious recipes that will have your stomach full and your performances on track.

is a D1 basketball player from Woodbury, Minnesota, playing point guard at . As a lifestyle influencer, McKearly's content consists of get ready with me videos (GRWMs) and his days as an athlete and entrepreneur of his own clothing brand.

Emily is a runner for the track and field team at . As a senior, she has experienced major career highs as she was named to the 2022 USTFCCCA All-American Second Team and 2022 All-ACC First Team for the 3000m steeplechase. A.J. is a junior wide receiver at the University of Michigan. He has had multiple accomplishments within the last three years, as he was named the team's Special Teams Player of the year in 2022 and a two-time All-Big Ten selection as a return man. On his social media, A.J. uploads content about his days as a D1 footballer and relatable comedy videos in which all athletes can find humor. 

8. Riley Burrill (TikTok: @rygodd / Instagram: @rileyburrill) 

Riley is a senior midfielder at Santa Clara University. When she is not on the pitch, you can find her studying psychology to become a psychiatrist or family therapist or posting hilarious and trendy content with her teammates.  

9. SahrFelix Sandy (Tiktok: @sahrflex_27 / Instagram:@sahrfelix27)

SahrFelix is a soccer player and graduate student at majoring in finance after graduating from Elon University. When he is not playing soccer, he is filming his life as a D1 athlete with training sessions and tips on how he got his start.

10. Anna Camden (TikTok/Instagram: @annacamden)

Anna is a forward on the women's basketball team at Penn State University. During her time at state, she earned Academic All-Big Ten accolades in her junior season and averaged 6.1 points and 4.9 rebounds per game. 11. Abbey Levy (TikTok: @abbeylevijeans / Instagram: @abbey.levy)

Abbey is a goaltender for the hockey team at Boston College. As a graduate student, she has experienced numerous career highs with her recent selection for the U.S. Select Team and a notable semifinalist for the 2022 National Goaltender of the Year award her senior year. Ralph is a on the men's soccer team at the University of South Florida. During his time at USF, he claimed his first career win, allowing only one goal in a 4-1 win. When he is not training for his sport, he posts content around his workout sessions and motivational content to help you get back on the pitch after an injury.  

13. Andi VanMeter (TikTok/Instagram: @andi.renay)

Andi runs track and cross country at the University of Louisiana. Before her freshman year, she was a member of three sectional champion cross country teams and holds a school record in both 3200m and 5K at her high school. As a newcomer to college athletics, Andi uploads daily vlogs/GRWMs, training sessions, and college advice.
