6:30 am – 8:00 am
I generally wake up between 6:30-7:00 every morning to start my long morning routine. I make sure to have a nutritious breakfast (usually oatmeal with a banana) and get ready for the day. Since I usually have practice later in the day, I will prepare my gym bag with what I need.
8:00 am – 9:00 am
Although I live close by, I like to give myself a good amount of time to get to campus and find parking so I am not rushing in the morning. If I arrive early, I do any last minute homework or studying before class.

9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Most of my classes are around this block to fit my schedule. I am generally either in class or studying at this time. I try to get more done during the morning or afternoon so I am less stressed at practice and can see friends in the evening.
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Around this time is when I will grab lunch either on campus or something nearby as quick fuel before practice. Again, I try to focus on foods that will properly fuel my body before practice.

1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Each day I have practice around 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We usually work as a team for 3 hours and then I like to add in an extra workout in the end.
5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
While each evening is different, most nights I work 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. as a restaurant hostess. On nights I do not have work, I like to see friends or spend time with my family.
