7 AM—Wake Up/Breakfast

Shae likes to get up about an hour before training to get himself prepared and get some into his system before it starts.

8:15 AM—Team Training

Since D3 has different rules regarding off-season, the soccer team only trains together three times a week from 8-10 am.

10 AM—Extra Training

Whether it be on the field or inside the racquetball courts on campus, Shae likes to get some extra touches with his feet and hands before he goes to class.

11 AM- 3:50 PM—Class/Lunch

On Mondays and Wednesdays, Shae has three classes that span in this time frame. The classes he has today are Personal Finance, Feature Writing, and Digital Sports Journalism. Shae has a 20-minute break between classes two and three of the day to grab something to eat either from the food court or the dining hall.

4 PM— Relax/Homework

After classes, Shae likes to review what he's done and do some homework that is due throughout the week. He likes to go back to the locker room to do his work as he will be lifting soon after.

 5:30 PM— Lift

Shae gets a good in the afternoon and follows the plan that his strength and conditioning coach has for him. He likes to go one day extra later in the week to focus on some muscles that need to be worked.

7 PM— Dinner

Shae will usually go to the dining hall with his teammates for dinner. If he decides he isn't going to go to the dining hall, it will most likely be a bowl from Chipotle.

8-11:30 PM— Relax/More Homework

After going back home, Shae usually gets a big snack full of protein and finishes up any work he needs to finish and also likes watching YouTube, or playing Fortnite with his cousin before he decides to go to bed.

11:45 PM-12 AM— Getting Ready for Bed/Going to Sleep

Shae will usually brush his teeth and start to wind down and likes to go to sleep around midnight.
