It's not easy being a D1 hockey player and balancing your time as a college athlete can be extremely challenging. Today, we will look at the daily schedule of Luke Krys, the captain of the men's hockey team at Brown University.
8:00am: Wake up for Lift & Breakfast
Luke likes to wake up around this time, to get himself ready for the day and have a short breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes and yogurt before hitting the ice.
