It may be tempting to slack when you're not in season, but the off-season is an important time for college athletes to up their game. Davidson football star Alessandro Demoreno knows that and puts in work during his downtime. Alessandro's schedule may vary depending on the day, but this is his typical daily offseason grind:
8:50 AM
Alessandro wakes up at Richardson Hall and heads to the Davidson Student Commons, the main campus dining hall.
9:00 AM
He eats breakfast at the commons. Meals include breakfast sandwiches and a scrambled egg station.
9:45 AM
His first class of the day is American Politics at Chambers, a building where many of his classes are held.

12:00 PM
His third and final class for the day is a French course at Chambers.
1:00 PM
Alessando heads to the commons once again for lunch. His favorite meal is salmon bowls with rice and sriracha.
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM

6:00 PM
Alessandro eats dinner at Qdoba Mexican Eats, an on campus restaurant.
7:00 PM
Now that his day is over, he heads back to his dorm room at Richardson Hall for some free time to hang with friends, play video games, or do extra homework.
As you can see, the schedule of a Division I defensive back is very packed even in the offseason. The daily grind never stops!
