Daily Grind articles are posted the 15th of every month to provide a look into a day in the life of a college athlete and to give an example of time management skills.
Trevian Grenon is a freshman basketball player at Anna Maria College. The 6'1” guard had a terrific freshman season in which he averaged 10.7 points per game, 3 rebounds per game, and shot 39% from the three point line. This daily grind article will go over a day in the life of Grenon during the basketball season.
5:30 A.M. – Breakfast and morning routine to get prepared for morning practice.
6-8 A.M. – Practice
8:30 A.M. – Shower after practice, get ready for the classes of the day, and have a small snack.
9 A.M. – 12 P.M. – Class

12-1 P.M. – Eat lunch and spend the hour hanging out with my friends or my teammates.
1-3 P.M. – Spend some time getting my homework done for my classes or studying.
4-5:30 P.M. – Get some extra work in on the basketball court, work out, or watch previous game film.

5:30-6:30 P.M. – Eat dinner with friends and teammates.
6:30-11 P.M. – For the rest of the day, I spend my time resting, getting ahead on school work, and hanging out with friends and teammates before calling it a night.
