Carol Jue has been Chapman University's Women's Basketball Head Coach for the past 14 years. Before Chapman, she spent four years at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges as an assistant coach and interim head coach during the 2002-2003 season.
Coach Jue has earned the Association of Division III Independents Coach of the Year three times in her career. It is awe-inspiring that she and her staff earned SCIAC Coaching Staff of the Year the past three consecutive years.

Still raking up the accolades, Coach Jue is Chapman's all-time winningest women's basketball coach; she won her 200th career game during the 2013 and 2014 season. In 2017-18 She led the Panthers to their first-ever victory in the SCIAC Tournament against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, and in the past two season, Chapman has made it to the SCIAC semifinals.

Chapman's Panthers are considered amongst the elite programs in the West Region all in part to Coach Jue. This coach has an overall record of 290-116 at Chapman, her teams have won over 70 percent of their games, did I mention 70 percent! Check out the video attached for her best pointers for recruits:
