My coach used to tell me that distractions are anything that comes between you and the sport you love. Those distractions can come in many different forms: stress from school, partying, personal life, you name it. Whatever it may be, if it comes between you and your sport, make it background noise. If you want to kick a** on game day, Zone-In and ignore the noise, just like you would during the game.
