This recipe is perfect for your Christmas morning brunch, or any lazy morning on your day off. Share these tasty AND healthy pancakes with your family or teammates so you can showcase your amazing cooking skills!

Ingredients:

  • Scoop of Oats (~1/2c)
  • 1 Egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Shake of baking powder (~1 tsp)

  1. Blend the oats until they become powdery
  2. Add the oat powder into a container and mix in an egg, a little bit of salt, and baking powder
  3. Cook the batter on a pan for a few minutes (like a regular pancake), flip, and there you have it - the healthy version of everyone’s favorite breakfast. 

Serve these pancakes with peanut/almond butter, sliced bananas, strawberries, and blueberries to add some sweetness.
